    • Taking our first steps to slash energy bills with home insulations and clean energy projects through the publicly owned Great British Energy.

    • Getting childcare costs down by fixing provision, alongside free breakfast clubs for every primary school child.

    • Tackling record waiting lists with 40,000 extra NHS appointments and operations a week and 13,400 extra dental appointments a week.

    • Saving lives from cancer by improving early diagnosis, with a doubling of the number of scanners available.

    • Training over 20,000 new doctors, nurses, and mental health specialists every year, with many of them being trained here in Bournemouth.

    • Building more affordable homes to buy and rent by reforming planning, giving first-time buyers first dibs, and rolling out a government-backed mortgage guarantee.

    • Giving renters longer notice periods and new rights to speedy repairs and pets with a new Private Renters’ Charter.

    • Helping people to own their home without unreasonable extra charges and control of their building’s management by ending leasehold.
