Why Pokesdown Needs Lifts – In Your Own Words

I’m fighting to make Pokesdown Station accessible, and we have a shovel-ready project. I won’t stop until work starts this summer, and I need your support and your stories.

A last-minute funding cut by Liberal Democrats and Independents leaves us scrambling for money with all other possible funding already allocated. Had BCP Council told us months ago about their intention to cut funding, I could have sought money elsewhere.

I’m now lobbying the Labour Government for emergency funding – and I need you to help me make the case.
